Marcellus Shale Asset
- Epsilon owns ~ 5,000 net acres within the high quality gas in place (GIP) window of the Marcellus Shale in northeast Pennsylvania.
- The field is located in southwest Susquehanna County and is operated by Chesapeake Energy, Inc.
Anadarko Basin Asset
- Epsilon owns ~ 7,200 net acres within the NW STACK Trend of the Anadarko Basin in northwest Oklahoma.
- The field is located in Dewey County.
Midstream
Auburn Gas Gathering System
- 35% ownership interest in the Auburn Gas Gathering System with partners Equinor USA (21.125%) and Williams Partners (43.875%).
- 18,000 acre dedication by anchor shippers Epsilon, Chesapeake Energy and Equinor USA.
- 220,000 mmbtu/d in dehydration and compression capacity at the current target suction pressure.
- Compression facility discharges into Tennessee Gas Pipeline for interstate transportation.
- System serves anchor shippers as well as other operators with leasehold interests within and proximate to the system boundary.
- High quality asset with minimal maintenance capital and stable, high margin revenues.
- Cost of service gathering rate provides contractual rate of return on total invested capital.
