JASON STABELL

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Stabell has worked in the energy industry since 1998 with a focus on upstream E&P. Most recently he served as President and CEO of Merlon International, LLC, a privately held company with assets in the Western Desert of Egypt and US Gulf Coast which was sold in 2019 to a publicly listed UK company where he served as an advisor until 2021. Previously, he served as CFO and ultimately President of privately held Merlon Petroleum Company, which had assets in the US Gulf Coast and Egypt and was sold in 2006. He began his career at Salomon Smith Barney as an analyst in the Planning and Analysis Group. Mr. Stabell has also been active as a private investor for the last several years. He has a BA in Economics from Williams College. He has served on numerous corporate Boards including ESI Energy Services Inc. and Layline Petroleum, LLC.

ANDREW WILLIAMSON

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Williamson has spent his entire career in the energy business. From 2012 to early 2019, he served as Corporate Development Manager then Vice President Finance (CFO) of Merlon International, LLC. More recently, he served as the Corporate Strategy Manager for Petrosantander Inc. Mr. Williamson started his career in management consulting advising energy clients on transaction due diligence, growth strategy, and cost reduction. He has a BBA in Finance and a BA in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.

HENRY CLANTON

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Clanton is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the upstream E&P sector. He has managed all phases of drilling, completions, production and field operations. He joins Epsilon after having spent 14 years with a private E&P start-up which he Co-Founded and served as a Managing Partner. During his tenure, the company leased 55,000 acres, acquired $60MM of properties, shot 60+ square miles of 3D seismic and drilled over 50 wells including recent generation horizontal wells. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Clanton worked with Schlumberger in the Integrated Project Management (IPM) group. He held several management positions including GOM Operations Manager, Asset Manager for the Texaco-Schlumberger Joint Venture, a multi-disciplinary team evaluating the remaining reserve potential of JV fields, and as Project Manager – IPM Support Center, providing expert support to the development and worldwide implementation of Production Management Services within Schlumberger. Mr. Clanton served as a business analyst for ARCO Permian from 1995 to 1998. There he coordinated the annual budget/long range planning, conducted operational benchmarking studies and competitor analysis, tracked CAPEX investment and profitability, and directed the annual reserve study. Mr. Clanton began his career in operations with Coastal Management Corporation, a private project management company that sold to Schlumberger. Mr. Clanton graduated from Texas A&M University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering and received his Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 1993.

Glen Christiansen

SVP Rockies

Mr. Christiansen most recently served as the President of Peak E&P since July 2012 and as its Chief Operating Officer since September 2017. Mr. Christiansen has nearly 30 years of experience in the upstream exploration and production industry. Prior to joining Epsilon, Mr. Christiansen was the Rocky Mountain Geology Manager at ExxonMobil/XTO Energy and prior to that, spent a number of years with Burlington Resources His background includes working multiple unconventional resource plays and acquisitions throughout the Rocky Mountain region including coal bed methane, tight gas, and tight oil. Mr. Christiansen holds a B.S. in geology from Oklahoma State University and a M.S. in geology from University of Wyoming.

Justin Vaughn

SVP Rockies Commercial

Mr. Vaughn joined Peak in 2011 as VP of Investor Relations before being promoted to Chief Financial Office in 2013. As CFO, he was response for financial reporting, financial modeling activities, interacting and communicating with Peak’s various equity partners and lenders. He was also responsible for conducting detail financial analyses of various business development opportunities and preparing investment presentations. Mr. Vaughn has over 25 years of experience in financial reporting, planning & analysis and investor relations. Mr. Vaughn holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Denver and a B.A. degree in Economics from Doane College. Additionally, he obtained an Executive Development certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

PAUL ATWOOD

VP of Financial Planning and Analysis

Paul Atwood joined Epsilon in November, 2011 as a Director of Corporate Strategy and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis in June, 2012. Prior to Epsilon, Mr. Atwood co-founded an investment management company focusing on timberland and mineral acquisitions in the southeastern US. Mr. Atwood holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of the South.

Darin Stone

VP of Operations

Darin Stone joined Epsilon as Vice President of Operations in December of 2025 following Epsilon’s acquisition of Peak E&P. He brings a career focused on Rockies based oilfield operations and field development. Darin started at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation working as a Production Engineer covering both waterflood and carbon dioxide flood assets. Transitioning to drilling in 2013, he joined SM Energy where he drilled across both the Powder River and Williston Basins. In 2018 Darin joined the management team at Peak E&P as VP of Drilling and continued drilling technical horizontal oil and gas wells in the Powder River Basin. Darin graduated from Montana Tech in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering

Cullen Greer

VP of Land

Mr. Greer joined Epsilon in October 2021 as a Senior Landman and quickly advanced through leadership roles, serving as Land Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Land in November 2025. He began his land career in 2009 with Gastar Exploration, a small public company working the Appalachian Basin in their West Virginia office. Mr. Greer has worked with both public and private equity backed companies across multiple basins in the U.S. and Canada. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA degree in Energy Management and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).

SHANNON LEMKE

VP of Exploration

Shannon Lemke joined Epsilon in November, 2017 as Vice President of Exploration. She has over 20 years of experience working for both public and private equity backed companies focusing on Onshore US conventional and unconventional exploration and development. Prior to joining Epsilon, Ms. Lemke was the Vice President of Exploration for NewVista Energy Partners and held various positions at Vitruvian Exploration I and II and Newfield Exploration. Shannon graduated with a B.S. in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University. She is a member of AAPG and HGS, is a trustee for the HGS Undergraduate Scholarship Foundation and serves on the Michigan Tech Presidential Council of Alumnae and BSGE Curriculum Advisory Board.

JOHN LOVOI

Independent Director, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lovoi has been chairman of our board of directors since July 2013. Mr. Lovoi has been the managing partner of JVL Advisors, LLC, a private natural gas and oil investment advisor, since November 2002. He is a Director of Helix Energy Solutions Group, an operator of offshore natural gas and oil properties and production facilities, the Chairman of Dril-Quip, Inc., a provider of subsea, surface and offshore rig equipment. We believe that Mr. Lovoi is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors as a result of his background in investment banking, equity research, and asset management, with an emphasis on the global natural gas and oil practice.

TRACY STEPHENS

Independent Director, Chairman of CNCGC Committee

Mr. Stephens has been a director since May 2018. He has also been a member of our Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Conflicts Committee since February 2019. He is the founder of Westminster Advisors, a CEO advisory services company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer from January 2018. He was previously employed by Resources Global Professionals, a large business consulting company, from July 2001 to December 2016, and was the Chief Operating Officer the last three years. We believe that Mr. Stephens is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors as a result of his extensive experience with public companies.

JASON STANKOWSKI

Independent Director, Audit Committee

Mr. Stankowski has been a director and member of the Audit Committee since January 2021. Mr. Stankowski is the founder and a partner and portfolio manager for Clayton Partners, LLC. He began his career at Prudential Securities in San Francisco and spent eight years in structured finance at CMA Capital Management, where he acted in a number of roles, including specializing in corporate retirement planning, structuring complex investment and financing structures for Fortune 1000 companies. He became designated as a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2003.

DAVID WINN

Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr. Winn has been a director and member of the Audit Committee since January 2021. Mr. Winn recently retired from a 36 year career in public accounting that involved extensive board interaction. From 2003 until July 2020, Mr. Winn was an Audit Partner for Grant Thornton LLP, which is an independent audit, tax, and advisory firm and the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd. During his tenure, Mr. Winn served as audit department head, industry program leader, an engagement partner, quality control reviewer, and was a relationship partner to large clients. Mr. Winn has extensive Securities and Exchange Commission reporting experience with registration statements and annual and quarterly filings. Previously Mr. Winn served as a Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and previously as a Partner with Arthur Andersen LLP.

NICOLA MADDOX

Independent Director, CNCGC Committee

Nicki Maddox has over forty years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. After receiving her BA in Communications, she was employed by Exxon Minerals starting as an Associate Landman eventually ending in Executive Management positions starting in 1993. She was a co-founder of Centurion Exploration Company in 2004, initially serving as an EVP and then becoming its President, CEO and Chairman of the Board from 2007 to 2009. At Merlon International, LLC, Ms. Maddox was SVP in charge of its Texas subsidiary. She advanced to EVP and ultimately President after Merlon sold its Egyptian subsidiary in 2019. Since 2022, she has been a self-employed energy advisor specializing in contract analysis, strategic planning, and negotiation strategies.

JACK E. VAUGHN

Independent Director, CNCGC Committee

Jack E. Vaughn is the founder of Peak E&P and has served as the Chairman of the board of directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Peak E&P since its formation in March 2011. Mr. Vaughn has almost 50 years of experience in the exploration and production industry. From 2002 to 2011, Mr. Vaughn was the Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer for three prior iterations of Peak E&P with projects in the Granite Wash in the Texas Panhandle, the Barnett Shale in the Ft. Worth Basin, and in the Bakken Formation in the Williston Basin of North Dakota. Prior to forming Peak E&P, Mr. Vaughn served as the Vice President–Rocky Mountain Division for EnerVest Management Partners Ltd. from 1996 to 2002. Mr. Vaughn also managed a successful San Juan Basin coal bed methane project owned by an EnerVest Management Partners Ltd. and GE Capital Oil & Gas partnership and later sold to Texaco Inc. in November 2001. Before that, Mr. Vaughn was an Executive Project Manager for the Hillman Company Energy Group, where he managed the development of a successful CBM project in the San Juan Basin from 1989 to 2002. Prior to that time, Mr. Vaughn worked as a consultant in drilling and completion operations and project management throughout the Rockies, East Texas, and the Mid-Continent for a number of independents. Mr. Vaughn started his career in 1968 with Amoco Oil Company. Mr. Vaughn also served as member of the board of directors for Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc., the predecessor of Civitas Resources, Inc., from April 2017 until its acquisition by Civitas in April 2021. Mr. Vaughn holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

BRYAN H. LAWRENCE

Independent Director, CNCGC Committee

Bryan H. Lawrence is a founder and managing member Yorktown, which for over 25 years has managed private equity partnerships that have made investments in companies engaged in the energy industry. Mr. Lawrence was employed with the investment firm of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. (“Dillon Read”) from 1966 to 1997, serving most recently as a Managing Director until Dillon Read merged with SCB Warburg in September 1997. Mr. Lawrence also serves as a director of the following publicly traded companies: Ramaco Resources, Inc., Riley Exploration Permian, Inc., Hallador Energy Company and Kestrel Heat LLC, the general partner of Star Group, L.P., as well as other non-public companies in the energy industry in which Yorktown holds equity interests. Mr. Lawrence is a graduate of Hamilton College and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
